Meet your Coach

I’m Samantha Holler ("Coach Sam.") I’m a project delivery executive at a major consulting firm where I’ve hired, trained and mentored thousands of early career professionals. I’ve successfully coached individuals through the challenges inherent in a highly demanding career path. Helping the next generation find what they love, navigate uncertainty and pursue rewarding careers is my passion. Having worked in both consulting and traditional large corporate environments, I find that many of the hurdles to success are the same. It’s about building confidence, making good choices and knowing how to recover from bumps in the road.

I’m in the “adult in the room” who isn’t your mom, dad or close family member. I always have your best interest at heart, and I can apply both patience and wisdom without injecting my own hopes and dreams into yours. I care, but I am objective. My process will guide (and sometimes gently push) you to find a path that is authentic, pragmatic and even fun!
